Day 4 : Worry
Scripture
Don’t fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns. Before you know it, a sense of God’s wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It’s wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life.

Prayer
Father, today I surrender every worry and every care into Your hands. I choose to turn my list of worries into my list of prayers. When my mind feels overwhelmed or out of control, help me renew it with Your Word. In Jesus’ mighty Name, I command anything that is not from You to leave. I declare that I have a sound, steady, and healthy mind.
I lay down all worry, every form of anxiety—both physical and mental—and every attempt to control what was never mine to control. I release it all to You. (Tell Him the things you are laying down now.)
Lord, I need You and the peace that surpasses all understanding. Even when everything around me feels uncertain, let Your peace rule in my heart and be evident in my life. As I lift my praise to You, dissolve every fear and every anxious thought. I place all my concerns before You and make You the center of my mind and my focus.
In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
